    I have decided that I am going to postpone my wedding until next Fall. That should be a B&M but it's taken a huge load of stress off of my shoulders, especially after finding out about my ankle still being broken. Hopefully this will give me enough time to pay off bills & save money.
    Now I just have to call all of my vendors and hope they're available! Laughing

    TexanTreasure - We moved ours out 6 months and it was the best decision we made yet.  Best of luck moving forward. :~)

    My AW is we spoke with our Pastor (briefly) and he said he would be honored to be apart of our special day.  Now we have to get on his schedule and meet with him!!!

    Oh ya and I'm off tomorrow!!      YAY

    Oh, this is a good AW Thursday for me!

    1. Today is my Friday!

    2. I'm sooo excited to have a girls weekend in Washington DC with college friends! It's been far too long.

    3. We chose a florist yesterday. We met with Robin from DiFiori, and she was awesome! She actually came in UNDER budget, and we were able to add more in! I am so grateful to have found her.

    4. My best friend and MOH is interviewing for residency at Baylor Dallas this morning, and I'm pumped that she will **hopefully** be moving back home!

    And last but not least...

    5. I got my ornaments!!! They are so cute; I just love them! They may have gotten here earlier, but we hadn't checked the mail in a few days. There wasn't a name, so to whoever you are - THANKS!

    P.S. My knottie's ornaments were shipped out yesterday and should arrive today!

    Angela,
    You're taking it very well.  I think I would have been devastated to have moved the wedding. 

    I'm going to NYC with my MOH after Christmas!  We're going to see "Wicked", "Jersey Boys", and "Mamma Mia" (or at least that's what we have planned).  I can't wait to take her to Canal St!!!

    My students gave me a surprise birthday party yesterday.  I was very surprised!

    And lastly....
    I got a birthday card.  From. My. In. Laws.  Ooooo.  Emmmm.  Geeeee.

    I am getting married in one week!!! (all of my post for the next week will be like this haha)

    I just CANNOT believe it is finally here!! We have been engaged since May 2009....and it seemed like it was moving soooo slow and everyone is right this last month is FLYING by!!

    Angela - Sorry to hear about your ankle :(  We moved ours back a year and it did relieve a lot of stress for me.

    Cfibelkorn - Have fun meeting with the DJ. I agree time is flying by.

    1. Officially in single digits today! Can't believe we have only 9 days left.
    2. Tomorrow is my last day at work before the wedding and bridal shower is tomorrow.

    Thanks everyone! Fortunately my photographer & venue are available next Fall! This makes me very happy.

    Julie, I'm very jealous of you! I really wanted to see Wicked when it was here in Dallas but we couldn't make it. I love NYC too!

    My AW is NWR but I have officially applied to go back to college and finish my Bachelor's degree.  I have been putting it off but DH has encouraged me to go back.  I think he is also going to go back and get his Master's soon!

    ETA:  Well, I made Ben's B-pic book last night and posted the link but someone advised that I take it down and their reasons were valid.  If anyone is having them done and wants to see mine for ideas, just e-mail or PM me.  It's pretty cute, heh.

    Angela:  I am glad that it has taken the stress off of you!  And that your venue and photographer are still available! :-)

    I don't really have much for today.  Except that I think we finally got things with the rescue group worked out, so hopefully we will be getting our new dog soon!  And I have a meeting this weekend with someone about the wedding linens.

    And I promise to get my ornament sent out soon! :-)

    The one that was here was amazing--better singing than the one in NYC.  I big puffy heart going there!!!

    I have one more:  I have been looking everywhere for Charlie Brown yard art for our Christmas display.  I think I've found it online and it's cheap.  No piece over $50!!!!!  I'm so excited!!

    Julie- Did you pass out from shock?  NYC- eat some yumminess for me! 

    Stephie- you look great as always!  I hope he enjoys it, well I'm sure he will no doubt about that.

    The only thing I have is that I'm getting my hair cut this weekend come hell or high water.  Well as long as my hair dresser is there!  Oh, we scheduled ZeroRez to come clean 3 rooms and the stairs because I was not getting anywhere with the machine we bought.  Yay for clean floors in 2 weeks!

    Yes.  I even got a present.  It's a pattern for a cross stitch thing with cats on it.  I don't know how to cross stitch but I'll take what I can get.  At least it didn't have fleur d'lis on it.

    Congrats on the AWs ladies!

    Thanks for the b-day wishes. I have had a little post-wedding slump, but having a birthday so soon after has been helpful!
