Half the time, I really, really want to. I have this awful extra skin and tummy overhang after having a c-section, and it's the only part of my body I actively hate and think is gross.
But then I consider the recovery time and the pain and the fact that surgery is risky, and I'm kind of glad we don't have the money.

Yes, but it would only be if I was able to lose a significant amount of weight on my own (no liposuction) and there was excess skin....because excess skin is creepy.
I'm planning to have my boobs lifted with maybe a small implant if necessary after I'm done having kids. They seem a little deflated now. They're fine, so if it didn't happen, I'd be fine with that too.
A nose job is an option, but I think that hurts a lot, so I'm on the fence on that.

I just a friendly gal looking for options.

This is me exactly.
Lipo would be on the list, as would be boobies. I'd do botox on the face, but I would not do much of anything else until it came time for a lift.
all i want is botox and lasik. that's it. i worry that if i have anything "lifetd", it will look like canteloupe skin if i lose or gain weight.
i'll also be at the spa.

Maybe I'd try Botox in a few years.
Ummmm... Lasik is not plastic surgery, people.
