  • Sometimes if you get married out of the country they do require that. For example my resort requires a 2 month deadline. Anyway, how do these people know they are B list anyway. Its not like you are going around telling them. All they know is that they are getting an invite in the mail. If they wanna go they can go.

Are you kidding me?? We're from the "cultural  board"?! I didn't know that is where I belong? Wow, I guess I can't post anywhere but with my "people".

[QUOTE]Btw, m<strong>ajority of OOT brides have sent invites at least 3 months in advance, which makes perfect sense. I mean, isn't it kind of rude to send someone an invite to your wedding that's aross the country 4 weeks prior to the big day?</strong> Seems kinda inconsiderate to me. I know I'd be pissed.... <div>I know I get paid once a month and recieving an invite to coordinate time off , funds, tickets and lodging in 4 weeks isnt happening. Most of the family and friends recieved save the dates one year ago and have been asking about when the invitations go out. </div><div>
</div><div>I have been B listed before and I was perfectly happy to show up and celebrate</div>

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: should i invites cousins sister : I am on the "dont care if I got B-Listed" list. why? because weddings aint free!! thats #1. Being B Listed means that the person really does want you there but, because of financial constraints they arent sure if they can afford you. You wouldnt b-list your sister, your mother, your father (well some people got some screwed up families.... but for the most part) B lists are that distant cuz you havenst spoken to in a while. Its your co worker that u prob dont hang out with on the weekend. Its your mom's friend that she said she isnt paying for but she wants there "ok, mom if we have space for her, I'll put her on". When we are the one that falls into that catagory in some1 elses life, why is that so offensive?
