Salt, I don't think I've ever heard of him, but I am definitely going to look him up.

I also love Kathy Griffin's stand up (though not the newer seasons of her show) and even though it can be an unpopular opinion, I have a soft spot for Dane Cook. There's a joke of his that end "I thought I was going to cumm out my skeleton" that makes me die every time.

I think this is my problem with him. In every movie he's in, when he comes on screen, it's like, "Hey, it's TOM HANKS." I can't see him as a character. Only as TOM HANKS.

SandyVag, there's a difference between admiring someone's talent as an actor (or whatever) and approving of his private life. Why is that a difficult concept for you?

Although I will admit that there's some bleed-over for me. If I'm really disgusted by something someone does in his/her private life, I find it difficult to enjoy that person's work anymore.
