I'm going to give the tinypic links, because they're not saving right on my laptop for some reason. I'm turned at a funny angle so it looks kind of funny in the picture from the front. Also, please ignore the unhappy look on my face. That's my "Mother, I TOLD you 5 million times I am NOT going to wear a veil, please stop talking to the consultant about veils" face.

Thanks guys! I love that it's a little different. I ruled out a beautiful dress that looked great on me because I've seen something similar on about a dozen other people.

The only reservations I'm having, Julez, is the fact that I loved it a lot more in person than in the pictures. I'm trying to convince myself it's a combo of a bad angle, my funny face, and the weird lighting. So I'm going back to try it on again (and without my mom, her opinion is too strong!) to make sure, but I'm almost positive.

Got it. Those places are never conducive to good pictures. Especially not with a mom involved. Is there someone else you could take with you who would be more supportive? But still honest, of course.

My mom really likes this dress too, but there was one she liked a little better. And I know she'll go with whatever I really want, but she's paying so I kind of feel guilty not going with her favorite, even though I know there won't be any hard feelings. I think I'm either going to go by myself, or with my one BM who couldn't come along. I might see if we can get a few more pictures too, from some better angles and such. But I LOOOOOVE the back, even in the picture!

I think you should go with the one that makes you feel good. Don't worry about the pictures. I looked awful in the photos, but I felt amazing in the dress and that's what is more important!

Ditto Amoro. I looked like crap in all the pictures I took of me in my dress. I loved it in the salon and everyone loved it on me, but I didn't feel like it translated to the pics in the salon. It was definitely the right choice though and looked good at the wedding!

Money (and Amoro), I'm glad that I'm not the only one that didn't like it in the pictures. It makes me feel better. That's really my main hesitation, and I really, really loved it at the shop. Ahhh, I'm getting all excited about it now.

Vally, don't make me drive to Florida and punch you. I will bring my mother, and you can serve as an example to her. AND the lady from DB who kept putting longer and more intricate veils on me despite my repeated insistence that they were itchy and would bother me in the wind outside. "OH! You're getting married outside? Here! Let me put this cathedral length veil on you that is 3x as long as you are tall because it looks so pretty when it blows up behind you like a cloud!!!!!!!!!" Watch it, sister.

I'm pretty much the most indecisive person of all time, so I think I should wait a little longer before we buy anything. I'm scared of dress remorse, even if it is "the one." And thank you again, Fishy!

No, this one isn't. I had a bad DB experience and won't be going back.

I *think* this one is a Maggie. But I can't for the life of me remember the style name or find it online. I think it's from one her Destinations lines, maybe an older one. But I have no clue anymore. The whole day is a blur.
