I've been running like crazy, doing the 30 day shred and clean eating for 3 weeks and have only lost a pound and a half.
My starting weight is 134 so I know I won't lose as big a quantities as someone a lot larger, but still...
There are differences in my muscle definition and strength (maybe I'm putting on muscle weight), but I'm the typical woman who wants to see the scale MOVE!
Anyone have experience with this?
