E: Last rest day; training starts all over again tomorrow. About 1.5 hours of walking during the day, though.

I've been so terrible about packing my breakfast and lunch for work this week. It's getting ridiculous!
B: hot chocolate...it was at work, I forgot to grab something real to eat - and I'm starving!
L: Turkey pita and brocolli with veggie dip
E: Rest Day. I think I pulled an ab muscle with my personal trainer on Tuesday...he kicked my butt!

B - hardboiled egg on multigrain english muffin w/ LC wedge and 3 slices honey ham
S1 - mini soft pretzel (co-worker brought them in and I love them; think a regular soft pretzel but 1/3 of the size so not too horrible)
S2 - banana
L - baby spinach mix w/ marinated grilled chicken, .5 oz feta, hardboiled egg & red pepper parm dressing
S - possibly a string cheese if I'm hungry
D - pesto tilapia or sundried tomato tilapia (we bought both and are trying each) w/ salad, cheesy veggies (potatoes for H)
S - going to the movies, so popping some 100 cal kettlecorn to bring with some water (yay big purses!!!)
E - arm and ab lifting (30 min), attempting a 5k on the treadmill, but at least running 2.5 miles
B- 1/2 thinkthin protein bar
S- 4 big marshmallows (completely worthless calories...ugh)
L- TBD, meeting H- maybe a salad and soup
S- no snack b/c going to the dentist
D- We are going to a gourmet hot dog place with friends...I don't eat hot dogs, so I'll be getting a veggie dog and maybe some sweet potato fries
S- Cookie?
E- 1 hour circuit class
