Oh I would love to wear that, just for fun. I have that picture because shortly after I got engaged I emailed it to my sister and bff, I wrote a very serious email about how I had found the dresses that I had envisioned my whole life. We still joke about trying to find something similiar, maybe for Halloween lol

I am amazed at how nice and polite you have all been. I like it, I mean it's cool and everything but it kinda makes me misty eyed for the good ol' days when the OP would have been served her asss on a plate for this post.

OP, if you are still reading this...

Your MOH doesn't have any duties, so she isn't dropping the ball. When she asks about the bridal shower or B party, just say, "I don't know if anyone is planning one." Leave it at that. if she asks whether you want one say, "Yes, but I don't know if anyone is planning one." Leave it at that. See the pattern.
