I feel like the title of this thread should be "WTFIIOT" (why the fuuck is it only thursday?) This week has dragged on so far.
Our groundhog (Wireton Willy) did not see his shadow, which is not suprising considering we've been about 20 + degrees higher in temperature this winter than we usually are.

And Habs, I hear you. It feels like this week is dragging serious ass. I'm ready for it to be Friday. My BFF is trying to convince me to come up to her place tomorrow and spend the night at her house. Obviously with her husband and kids, but the flip side of the coin is that I will be sitting at home alone and bored because H is working 16 hours tomorrow and 8 hours on Saturday. We have dinner plans on Saturday with friends, so I'd have to be home by then, but I think spending 24 hours with her will be awesome. Wrangling toddlers or no.
Yay Bay! Good for you! I'm so proud you took a stand, but I'm still pissed at your H for wanting to be friends with that whore. He's right, you can't tell him who to be friends with, but he's still being childish by not realising that you are more important than she is and that he needs to not be stupid about it. I'm glad you seem to have gotten your point across though! I hope things start to look up for you guys from here!

Bay, ditto everything everyone has said, especially what Habs said. Also, I think hanging out with your friend and her little ones actually sounds like a fun diversion.
Rosie, taxi = taxi. If a fancy car service was okay, wouldn't you have said "car service" or something like that?
Unfortunately, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow. So does that mean Canada will get spring before the USA?

<div>Hmmm... interesting then. Regardless of what it was, I agree with you, I wouldn't want it hanging around me!</div>
Eww Adamar I hate when that happens. I have been finding lots of spiders and stuff here since our house was vacant for a while, and it's freaking me out that i'm the one who has to kill them all.
I think I totally forgot how amazing my Keurig is, or really any cup of fresh coffee, after not having it for almost 3 weeks. It was one of the first things I unpacked and I am in love again. No canned or bottled coffee drink even comes close.

Haha yeah I know. I swear I had him though. There was a dust streak on the napkin, but no spider. I think he apparated.

ewww. Spiders are my least favourite thing about florida. When I lived in Ocala, it was aweful come March. My boss sent me and another girl to go clean out the feed room one day and I swear we ran out of there screaming every 5 minutes. The amount of banana spiders in there was just creepy. Banana spiders are gross.

Spiders don't really bother me. I grew up around so many, especially banana spiders, that I'm okay with them. Roaches on the other hand, can't do it. Or grasshoppers.
H has started a bug collection in the garage and has a few jars of grasshoppers, huge ones. I can't handle looking at them.
Daddy long legs don't bother me, but banana spiders freak me out. We had one make a web right outside our back door in Gainesville, and I wouldn't use that door until it was gone. That thing was HUGE.

One time I threw a blanket on my horse, and the most massive banana spider crawled off of it onto her neck. I wouldn't touch her until someone else came in, removed the spider from her and killed it. I shudder to think about it. She stood there like an angel, with her blanket all hanging off of her because I wouldn't go near her.

It's nothing special, but I haven't worn anything sort of adorable to work in a while, plus this dress is a L instead of an XL and that made me happy lol

I tried to get it and it disappeared. I'm going to be freaked out all day.
