    I would say either the Cupcake Emporium, Back in the Day Bakery, or Just Desserts.  They all have their own yumminess about them that make them special.  Go check them all out if you have a chance to do tastings.

    They just opened a new cupcake place on Abercorn called GiGi's cupcakes. It's in the shopping area that has White House Black Market, across from Peir 1.
