I think gazpacho is just a type of chilled soup. It's usually tomato based and reminds me of really liquidy salsa. I am not a fan because of the onions. They're always enormous and crunchy. Blech.

I'm pretty sure I was once on a cruise that called all of the cold soups gazpacho though. "mint gazpacho" "strawberry gazpacho" but that doesn't make it right

Yeah, I have no desire to try it. I'm not a huge soup fan. I have to be in the mood for it. But a good chower on the menu places will usually hook me in.

I had some lobster bisque at a place in Denver. It was among the most fabulous soups I've ever tasted.

There is a local seafood place here with a crab chowder that is to die for.

Daff that's awesome! I don't mind the show, but I'm not as obsessed with it as H is.
