I'd like to flame the series of events that lead up to today's massive hangover, but I will never flame the girls who got me there!!!!

I'd like to flame people who can't just let stuff go. Get over it already. Move on. Life is too short.

    The end.

    Happy Friday!!! :)

I flame myself for being so grumpy lately.   Joann's thankful post earlier in the week helped me to realize this and have a more positive outlook.

I flame the professor of my class that starts TOMMORROW for sending us an email yesterday letting us know that we should bring a $95 check to class for our textbook (made out to the publisher) which he will distribute.  Sounds like he is getting kickbacks to me... thank goodness this is my last semester!!

I would like to flame working all weekend...  so far, looks like 12 days straight, maybe more. FLAME FLAME FLAME.

I also flame taxes.  I know they're necessary blah blah blah but since I'm preparing tax returns right now, I am going to flame them BIGTIME... especially because they're the cause of my first flame.

    Have a lovely Friday :)

Remember FFF! I would like to Flame my friend who got engaged 3 months after talking to this guy and decides to get married a month before me! I know petty and Natalie said get over it, but I'm annoyed. She's been doing this stuff to me for a while. There are examples! She's a one - upper and I can't stand it.... I know it shouldn't bother me, but honestly can't help it.
She's getting married on FI's birthday so I guess I'll never forget her anniversary.

Tiffany, I'm glad it helped.  I've had the same problem - concentrating on all the bad drama that's been hitting me from all sides and decided that I really wanted to change my attitude about my life.  I have a lot to be thankful for!

Yea it can be very irritating. I've never had anyone do it this badly. She also makes sure very one knows how much her and her FI love eachother on facebook all the time!!! It's gross! I can't stand people who publicly announce their love for eachother all the time on FB. I feel like you are just trying prove to others you like eachother.

    Gotta love the one-upper...
    You "I just ran a 5k"
Them "I ran a marathon, in my barefeet, actually my family invented running"

You "My Father painted this portrait"
Them "My father painted the entire floor of the Atlantic Ocean before they filled it in."

I'm flaming not being able to sleep.  Woke up at 3:30 this morning and my mind was fully turned on.  Couldn't shut it off for the life of me so I just got up.  I learned that my office lights won't turn on until 6:30 am.  Creepy when it's pitch black!

I flame the mosquitos in Galveston, I got bit last night on my temple, neck and feet. Of course the places that I didn't spray OFF.

I also flame Houston/Galveston. I was so jealous of all yalls posts about it coolling down and it still is in the upper 90s plus humidity down here. This is going to take some getting use to.

I know that my wedding happened over a year ago but I still feel very creepy when I think of the song my MIL choose for her dance with Bill.  "Because You Loved Me" by Celion Dion.  That's not really a mother/son kind of song and it reallllllly gives me the heebie-jeebies when I hear that song now.

    @ Balfour:  That's hilarious

I flame multi-level marketers (that I know) that are trying to get me to be an "associate".  I told you when you started this that I don't like doing it, so stop asking me.  That's why I told you not to do it either.

I also flame Houstonians who told me that they hate Dallas because of the zoning  (I live in Houston and if it weren't for my job I'd be back in Dallas in a heartbeat) .  They feel that it inhibits diversity.  I'm sorry, I think Dallas is plenty diverse and I don't think I'm cultural challenged because I was born and raised in Dallas!  Ugh.

I flame an overall horrible society.  One that makes parents have to have a list of people who can pick up their kids.  It's really unsettling.

When I was in elementary school, there was one teacher out on the playground watching us.   When our parents came, we just ran out to the car.   There was never any danger.

What on earth has happened in the last 20 years????

Miss Angel FI and I wish y'all were in Dallas too!  Glad to get to see y'all in about 50 days Smile

I flame not getting enough sleep!  I tossed and turned all night, woke up before my alarm and now I'm draggin!  Its a short day but only because I have to pick up FI's daughter from school and then entertain her until he gets off work!  There might be a movie for her and a nap for me!

I agree!!! We use to walk home from school and not worry about a thing! Now I know when I have kids I don't think I could trust them ever walking to school.

I agree!  I also was never in a booster seat past maybe 3 and I jumped back a forth over the seat in the station wagon, slept on the floor baord, and hung out the window.  Not anymore. Now kids have to be in a booster seat until the are 4'9 and 8 years old.  Just insane to me!  My niece is 9 and still in a booster seat because she's not tall enough.  My sister and BIL are both short so she may be in that thing until middle school as strict as my sister is with the rules!

There has to be an age cut off somewhere?   I have a 35 year old coworker who is 4'11.    I mean obviously she wasn't in a booster seat driving around....but what...until they get their drivers license?  No way.

I think most of you really don't get what FFF is.  :)

A "peek" is a glance or a brief look (like sneak PEEK).  A "peak" is the top of something, like a mountain.

    There I said it.

Stephie, to add on, an "aisle" is what you walk down to get to the "altar". An "isle" is an island. "Alter" is a verb meaning to change.

To add on further,  it's "you're welcome" as in YOU ARE welcome.  It's incorrect to say "your welcome"
