woaaaahuhoooo
I had a stressful NOT relaxing weekend but it will ALL be worth it in the end. This time in two weeks I will be on a plane to antigua and a mrs. and all will be well.
What was your highlight of your weekend?
OHHH I forgot mine. So yesterday FI and I were at my parents using their printer do print up stuff for the freaking wedding (4 hours of working and NOTHING finished.. fml) and my mom said that my grandfather wanted to give us something. He came into the house and kept going on about how dirty our (FI and I's) house is, he is our landlord so its not that crazy for him to say that. He KEPT saying "And we need to do something about it!!" over and over again and I swear to god he was going to evict us. I started freaking out like, I CAN'T GET MY TABLE NUMBERS DONE AND YOU ARE GOING TO KICK US OUT OMG WHAT WILL WE DOOOOO and then my mom pops out of the hallway with a freaking DYSON and my grandfather has a grin the size of the moon on his face. It was adorable and he really freaked me the f out.
Sorry so long you guys know I can't help myself.
Re: JUST ANOTHER MANIC MONDAY
I just wanted to know what everyone's favorite sandwich is.
Mine are paninis, any kind. Yum!
I had a busy Saturday and a mellow Sunday. no highlights really.
I spent almost 7 hours working on final exams yesterday, and still didn't finish the second one. Got another hour or so to put into it today. Plus grading 38 tests by 2:30 this afternoon. Ah, the joys of teaching and not working on the weekends.
ETA: favorite sandwich depends on the time of year. Summer I'm partial to BLTs or pimento cheese. Winter it is definitely a grilled ham, cheese, and tomato, served with tomato soup.
My favorite sandwich changes on the regular. Paninis are super great though. I'm having pb&j for lunch today, so I don't discriminate on my sandwich love.
This weekend ended up pretty good. I didn't end up doing much, so that was an unexpected surprise. I had lots of plans and pretty much blew them all off to just hang at home - and I'm glad I did.
[QUOTE]He's fine. We go in for his 2 week check up in about 7 hours. Hopefully he will be back up to his birth weight like he is supposed to be.

<div>Aw I hope so too! :) </div>
I'm trying to get the motivation to get up, get ready, and go to work. H is still congested and snored allllll last night, so I woke up to it about 6 times and didn't get much sleep. I'm starting to develop cold symptoms, too...*confetti*
Favorite sandwich? Probably black forest ham and American cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, on Italian bread.

[QUOTE]Good morning! I didn't do anything exciting this weekend at all. I was supposed to go out with one of my friends Saturday night but I ended up getting a migraine and just stayed in bed. My favorite sandwich changes almost weekly. I made french dip sandwiches for dinner last night so I'll go with those. <strong>Rosie - I'm jealous of your Dyson. Is it the animal one? We have the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser and it actually made me like vacuuming. Random: I think you told me the name of a vet before. Can you let me know what it is again? I think my kitty is sick. </strong>Ciara I hope you get some sleep soon and Edmund gains some weight!

<div>Its is the animal one! I had such fun vacuuming yesterday! We use Basin Run and I love them, but Elk Neck vet clinic is closer.. We used to go there but I started to feel like she really was just in it for the money and she is a scientologist and she has brochures EVERYWHERE and it started to creep me out. I love basin run though!</div><div>
</div><div>I hope your kitty feels better!!</div>
I love all sandwiches equally.

Sammich: Roast beef or Italian.
Oh, and of course, good morning, all you lovely ladies.
Miss Mrs.
Good Morning.

I had a ridiculously busy weekend...but the best part was probably being at 2 of the 3 games where the Reds swept the Cardinals.
Awkward part of the weekend - FI got a text from his sister on Saturday night that her and her FI got married on tuesday. Didn't even tell their parents until afterwards and they're sitll planning on having a destination wedding. *hits head on desk*
My favorite sandwhich is turkey, ranch, and swiss from Quiznos. YUM
Rosie - How exciting for you to have a new Dyson and to be so close to being a Mrs!!
Ciara - Hope you're able to get some sleep/relaxing time.

[QUOTE]Yo. This week better fly by or I'm kickin' it's ass.

Seconded. Fezz you have such a way with words :)
I'm all congested and gross-feeling and there's no way I want to be at my desk right now. Plus it's nasty outside. Ugh.
Cool part of the weekend: H and I went to a BBQ, and we had a great time. Two of our friends there are fire poi-spinners (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poi_%28performance_art%29#Fire_poi">link</a>) and gave us all a demonstration. Then they let us try it out (not with the poi, which are more dangerous, but with stationary objects like a staff). It was so much fun! We're going to go spinning with them again. H is completely hooked.

Rosie - That is an awesome outfit. Red shoes are one of the greatest accesories ever.

OH MY I went to walmart yesterday and saw tikki torches and started to laugh about our e-mob with tikki torches and FI just looked at me like I was nuts.

The weather here has been miserable. We have had more rain in the last 2 days than we normally get in the entire month of May.
