Are all wedding cakes just not sweet? I went with my beautiful fiance to a cake tasting and every bite tasted like they had forgot to use sugar. I was shocked at how bad they were. She seemed to love it. Maybe I'm crazy but I like a cake to be sweet. The baker said they use bitter sweet chocolate to keep it from being "too sweet". But it was like eating a mistake.
So again, I ask all you brides out there, are wedding cakes in general just designed to not taste like regular cakes? Is that like a thing?
Please let a soon to be doting husband know wha's whats on this.
