Happy Tuesday! What's on your agenda to work out/eat today? How are you meeting your fitness goals? Good progress?
Today I did a five mile run and did some arm workouts afterwards. I am up to being able to do 36 push ups! When I first started doing them, I could only do like 15 if I was lucky. I want to try the 100 Push Up challenge! Has anyone done it??
Yesterday I had salad for breakfast, leftover Mexican for lunch and dinner was this Tex Mex Steak and Rice Bowl that turned out really good and was quick to make. Here's the
