We are filling out some paperwork that we need to return soon to the company that we hired our dj from.
My fiance wants us (he and I, not our entire wedding party) to enter to a song from one of the Star Wars movies. Not thrilled about this, but I agreed to it since he has been so great about letting me choose other stuff. Also, unless you are a huge Star Wars fan, I don't think you would know what it is from. However, we still need a song for when our parents and bridal party make their entrance into the reception room. We are not sure what to choose for this. If you are doing this, what song are you having your parents / bridal party enter to?
Also, is it customary to have a song for the cutting of the cake?
And lastly, one of my fiance's favorite songs is Baby Got Back. There is a section on the form for us to list any songs, artists, genres that we want played. We do not want to offend any of our guests and there will be a lot of older people at the reception, including my 89 year old grandma. Do you think the dj playing Baby Got Back would be offensive? I wasn't thinking it would be, but my fiance questioned it, and said it wouldn't need to be played if others would find it questionable.
Please help me. I'm terrible with making decisions!
