Candy Buffet apothecary jars needed

I am really trying to find jars for our candy buffet and would like to know where can I buy them or rent the jars for a good price.

I've seen some recommending Marshall's and even Target. Any other places?

I recently got some at Michael's on clearance. I think JCPenney is at the tail end of switching kitchen suppliers, so you might find some on clearance there. Look at other discount stores like TJMaxx and Ross... I found the best deal on the mason jars I wanted at an Ace Hardware!

Also in a wedding invitation catalog I have "EXCLUSIVELY WEDDINGS" they have candy jars and apothecary jars. The candy jars are $29.95 for a set of 24. The apothecary jars are also $29.95 for a set of 24 jars.

The dollar store sells smaller glass jars, those may be good for a few varieties of m&m type candies.

My friend asked to borrow glass jars from her parents, in-laws and friends. She placed each jar on a circle identified that it was from Mom, Dad, Aunt Julie, Best Friend Suzanne etc.
