That sounds like a fun wedding Mery! I went to a Baha'i wedding when I was younger.

edit - all except for the mingling. That happened at a wedding I went to recently. Me no like mingling.

  • It was my first Baha'i wedding!

Oh, and her dress was white with black accents. I know people here don't like "colored" accents, but it was pretty cool. Her mom did black embroidery on it and black covered buttons down the back.

  • I love anything black and white (they were my colors, after all).

And the buttons sound verra nice.

  • I'm "working" I had a fun weekend hanging out with friends and going to the florist to plan out bouquets and everything. Then Sunday I went to the lake to get river rocks for our guestbook vase :) This is the last place I want to be. le sigh.
  • Happy afternoon ladies.  It's 92 degrees here today.  HOT.

I've been working my tail off today, I'm only working until Wednesday and then have a 5 day weekend.

Mr Stack was working on a speech he's giving at this wedding on Saturday we're going to and I think it's by far the most fun BM speech I've heard.  Complete with props.

It depends on each ride. There have been times I've gone on and gotten 1 drop on me, and other times where it looked like I jumped in a pool. You just never know... and usually the back is better than the front.

  • Yes, and guess who jumped in the back, SWEARING I'd be protected by the foam barrier? They had a picture of us coming down the last hill, as I'm trying to figure out how to keep the $300 worth of hardware on my leg from getting wetter (not that it really mattered at that point), and I told him I was going to buy that photo, and use it as evidence, come the 26th of next month, if we don't make it til then ;)

Do not mess in the affairs of dinosaurs because you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
I love you Missy. Even though you are not smart enough to take online quizzes to find out really important information. ~cew
