Whats for din din? I forgot my lunch at home so I had to do the salad bar at Copps for lunch. I'm at the other job tonight.. my only option on my 15 minute "break" will probably end up being Chinese. More sodium than I'd like to consume, but oh well. Good excuse to eat Chinese

I was very productive at school today. I was talking to the lady who is just below J about this stupid server situation and we decided to be proactive and log into the server and just peek around. Turns out, all of our virtual desktops had been set to pause. No wonder none of us could log in. I turned them back on and VOILA! We could log back in. Idk how the lady that was in trying to figure it out last week couldn't figure that out. Oh well! I'm glad its up and running finally!

Hola. H made us some chicken patties. Which we ate on buttery biscuits. We're super healthy here tonight. Oh well, it was delicious.

So it's sprinkling here, but like 40* and windy. I'm pretty sure it's changing over to snow. BLAH.

Glad that got fixed for you, Chels! We're having skinny Philly cheese steaks and I have been looking forward to them all day. Plus I bought some avocados yesterday and I'm excited to have them in a salad! Also, can I just confess that I found something out a few minutes ago that in absolutely no way possible affects (effects?) me but it still made me angry and bitter. I just said "it's not fair!" out loud and all that was missing was a foot stomp. How ridiculous am I? Whatever, at least I have an enjoyable dinner to comfort me ha.

Good evening. My dad brought me dinner from Jimmy John's since I haven't seen him in a couple months. It's nice not having to worry about cooking for once.

I just got done reading that SnarkyWitch thread. I must say, I did find it amusing. At least some of people's comments, anyway.

I wonder if they do that because they feel like most hockey players don't get enough time in the sun, and they wanted to be nice and have it at a place where they can enjoy the weather when they aren't playing.

Or I'm just missing the beautiful 80 degree weather we had yesterday. Today is back down to the 30s to 40s. Boo.

Have fun on your trip Steph.

I am still at work for about another hour or slow. It has been a slow moving Monday. FI and I might try this cafe restaurant we discovered this weekend for dinner. We stopped in there late Saturday night for tea and desserts.

We finally have everything set so far for baseball season. Opening day tickets purchase and our mini package arrived last month. I am really excited for baseball.

Linds- nope. It rotates around the country every year. I'm not sure how Tampa got it, since they don't really have any college hockey teams? It's been in St Paul quite a few times, though.

Chels- doubtful. There's really no way for her to know it was linked here... and it had 8,000 some views. It was obviously being linked all over TB already.

I'm here, just finished making my editor's changes to my book and now I'm onto my final revision.

I have a couple job things to figure out in the next few days. A supervisor position opened up at work because our team is getting so big. I really want the supervisor role/responsibilities, but not the pay cut (I know, it doesn't make sense, it's just how the commissions work). My supervisor suggested I apply and try to negotiate during the interview to keep my current pay scale now, so get a flat pay versus incentives. I don't know if it's worth being put through the interview process again though.

The other is teaching. Due to budget cuts they can only offer me a creative writing class for the fall on Wed, 6-8:45. It's an amazing opportunity, but god I despise night classes.

Good evening. FH is in bed even though it isn't even 8 yet. he has to be up at 4 though so I don't blame him.

We went out to dinner since he didn't feel like doing dishes so I could cook. A typical Monday for us.

The hockey thread was bizarre even for a troll post. It just made no sense at all.

I just frigging ordered something online and it froze after I pressed submit. I got an email from paypal that the payment was processed but ive not gotten an email from the store with a receipt or confirmation of my order being placed. Ive already called them and they say it can take up to 30 minutes to show up in their system so they cant even see my order, if it even got placed. Bah!! what a load..

I'm so excited.

J and I decided to get another pup for the summer so we are picking her up right after finals. We get 2nd pick so not too shabby. We will then have two little brown dogs (well more like BIG), a lab and a chessie.
