I don't have my dress picked out yet, but I know I'm going with floor length and lace.
I am in no way at all wearing heels. I am 5' 8" and don't need them, and I have very weak ankles and physically can't wear anything with a heel. I don't want to wear flip flops because the toe thong is uncomfortable for mee and I don't want the "smack" nosie when it hits your heel while I'm walking. I'm not really a fan of ballarina flats. Too girly for me, but I haven't shut them out completely. My fiancee is having all of the guys and himself wear new rod lever sneakers (they play foot bag together) and I was thinking of getting my bridesmaids and myself keens (since they no longe make Simple sneakers). This is what I was looking at:

I feel that I want to be comfortable, and they wont show anyway unless I lift the dress up for photos. I think it's a cute idea, but I'm very indecisive about it.
What do all of you think? Anyone wear something besides heels for the wedding? Are there shoes that are comfortable that I haven't thought of yet?
Ha- so I know I just posted this today but I think I've found the right shoe- it's comfy, not a sneaker, and not a flip flop:
