I am having a fantastic day! Put up my Christmas tree with my boys last night with my FI, went and got some Christmas shopping done and had a great dinner made by my FI! I have 3 kids and 2 of them have exzema bad

but they are both breakout free and VERY happy little guys! Not to mention work is really smooth today.So how is everyone else doing today?

i'm numming on some carrot sticks and raspberries. I'm down to 132lbs from my 140, so I'm pumped. Hoping it'll stay that way. I think I'm going to need to hit like 120 to fit into my dress, which is about where I should be for my height/age.

My day is pretty good. I went on a job interview this morning, which is awesome considering I've only been job hunting since Monday. And I think I knocked it out of the park. I don't have quite as much experience as they're looking for, but I have a low salary requirement and I interviewed well. So fingers crossed.

Congrats to you both! I'll keep my fingers crossed for your job as well! And for losing weight ANY it's hard so I gotta give it to you! I lost close to 20 lbs last year after my surgery and now down to 125

And yes as I said before my SN is due to my love for zombies sorry it's an old email.

Yeah, it's killing me lol. I'm also pretty sure I'm not being overly healthy about it, since I'm probably not eating a lot of calories and probably slightly starving myself. But whatever. I'll step up the eating when I'm exercising more.

Grats Any! Keep it up! I've been struggling to break through a plateau for a couple months now. My dress arrived retardedly early and since it is in the store in time for my family to see it at Christmas, I now feel extra pressured to drop some extra pounds before then so I look better in it than I did in the sample. :P

As for today. I have actual work to do at work (shocking, I know!) which is keeping me away from TK, and I probably won't be around much for the next week or so depending on how long this project keeps me busy. It's okay, since it makes the day go by faster, but that's about all I can say for it.

I also managed to somehow injure my knee/top outside back part of my calf muscle yesterday and now I walk like a cripple because it hurts. Hoping to see some improvement there soon.

I don't think it's the same Mizri. I looked at her profile awhile ago, and it didn't seem to match. Mostly because I couldn't see old Mizri as a "Britni."

I know. I'm hating myself for it but I honestly can't afford to go to the gym, it's too cold, I have no motivation to do anything once I get home from work and if I eat, I eat a ton. So I'm limiting myself to a couple of snacks throughout the day, and dinner.

You don't need the gym to work out at home. And you don't need to starve yourself even if you don't work out at all. That's not healthy, and you won't keep the weight off that way. You'll slow down your metabolism and as soon as you start eating normally again you'll gain all your weight back. There are ways to lose weight without working out or exercising that are healthy and manageable for the long term. Please don't hurt yourself to look better. It's a slippery slope, m'dear.

I think I'm probably exagerrating it. I was eating like, two or three times the calories I should be, and I've cut it down to about a thousand a day, or a little under. So I'm fvcking hungry. But between my best friend, FI and my parents who are all very health conscious, they would force feed me if I ever started really not eating. In fact, I'm pretty sure the reason I gained 30lbs in a year is because FI did exactly that when I was super hardcore addicted to WoW and would forget to eat.

ETA: I'm going to ask for a set of weights for home for my birthday too. 11 days!
