Night Time

Re: Night Time

  • Lucas used to buy steaks from a guy that came to his front door. They were all kryovacked (sp?) and frozen. It was a pretty good deal, similar to Omaha Steaks, and they were delicious. He'd come around once a year and we'd be just about out of steaks by the time he returned.

  • I will soon Sparent.

I took my laptop to bed with me LOL... I need something to do while my nail polish dries. I destroyed the polish on one of my nails today and needed to fix it before I go to bed.
  • Thanks for the drive by love Kelly!

I'm going to head out as well. I stayed up way too late last night.

  • I miss Kyu too.. but she might be moving away.. I haven't heard if she got the job she was interviewing for.  I met Bk when i was out for a visit in October.  And Kiki lives there, but she mostly doesn't like us anymore :).
  • Sparent, that's seriously weird - who sells meat door-to-door?  Also, how do you end up working that job?

  • Kiki likes us every 3 Sunday from 2-4 PM.

That's exciting Loopy :D I would take my laptop to bed to.

FI is mad at me for making lumpia for someone at work and he (FI) 'only got the ugly ones...' fml seriously?! Whatever. This is a stupid argument I know.

  • Guess I'm not taking off as quick as I thought, so I can add:
I just read the whole thread that developed into the attack on snippy, etc. I just want to say that the blunt and honest opinions are a BIG part of why I stayed on TK/E (like it or not, hehe). I, like many posters, got some not-so-nice responses off the bat... and then I realized that there was a search feature, lurked a bit more, and realized that a lot of what is said here is valid, sound advice and that you all have a kick-arse community.

    Also, thanks crfb :)
  • Aw Eagles! OUCH. That makes my teeth hurt even thinking about it.

[QUOTE]As much as I love Bachelor.  I wish I was around more ski resorts.  We have lots of mountains, but the Forrest Service would NEVER let them all be resort-ized.  They would never let one more be resort-ized. I would fly out to Colorado for a week next year MK.  Knottie ski GTG?

Late in arriving tonight.  I would be in for this.  Double bonus for me, love to ski, and I have a sister living in Colorado.  Get planning crfb!

  • When was Snippy attacked?  Is that the one where she said being a mom made people soft and then they all told her she had gone soft over a dog and she argued about it or was it a new one?
  • Loopy it was the Destination Wedding thread with like 150 posts.

Eagles that's no good I hate that. I also have bad teeth so there is that.

[QUOTE]Parent, was it fresh meat just as is?  Or was it more like how MK described, frozen meat (most likely fresh when frozen)?

</div><div>Also, on an unrelated note, does anyone watch Dance Moms?  I am watching right now, and I kind of feel like a bad person, because it's a terrible show that shouldn't even exist, but I can't seem to turn it off.</div>

I am sure there are worse ideas.

Mica do you think it is S****2011bride or was there another one?

<div>I love Dance Moms. Let the side-eyeing commence it doesn't sway me from watching it. </div>

  • I found the anti-snippy.
  • Oooh.. speaking of TV.. Any Big Brother fans here?  I saw today that Rachel and what'shisschmuck are going to be on The Amazing Race next season.. Brendon.
  • Chrissy, you're not wrong about that progression.  I find Toddlers and Tiaras and Dance Moms kind of extra disturbing because the little girls are engaging in these really sexualized dances/routines/costumes/etc., but they're simultaneously really, really sheltered so they have no idea what they're doing.  It's a bizarre mix of hypersexuality and naivete that I seriously cannot look away from.

  • I watch Toddlers and Tiaras. I can't help myself. I watch Teen Mom as well. It's terrible.
  • I agree Steph but I also think Maddie is incredibly talented. I love watching her dance.

Holly are they not showing really bad singers anymore?

  • Hi!

I don't spell out the entire name because she used to search for herself and find all threads that mentioned her by name.  Cray cray.

    I'm full of beer.  Yay!
  • Sparent, that's the one reason I don't feel as terrible about watching Dance Moms as Toddlers and Tiaras - the girls on Dance Moms have genuine talent (Maddie especially, and I kind of also love the little contortionist sisters), even if the moms and Abby are BSC.
