[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Do you have grievances? : Didn't we just have one? I know people get annoyed by frequent I Judge/Unpopular Opinion threads so I didn't want to be the annoying one who starts yet another thread. I can wait a week or so.

I honestly don't know.  I typically don't pay attention to I judge threads.

And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now. • Can I also say that I don't like I judge threads because I inevitably end of thinking less of people after reading them. It just makes me realize how judgy people are and makes me sad. They usually start off with warranted judgements and then end up devolving into this is why kids, parent, pet owners, shopping cart pushers, drivers, one eyed cuntmonsters suck.

I'm with you on the rest, but I think the nature of one eyed cuntmonsters is to suck.

I wonder what I would find if I googled that.
  • The "I judge" threads usually turn into dog threads.

  • They actually don't suck as much as they ooze.

That's true. It's a slippery slope. I bet if you broke your rule, before you knew it everyone would be walking around with their diicks hanging out of their pants and throwing lunch meat.

Who was it that said they had abortion yesterday in a thread? I was pretty shocked that someone would reveal that on the net.

And AYG should be knot related just like FFF.

  • I thought that YIO was that Pittsburgh troll because of how hard she was riding her.  It seemed out of character for her and a bit harsh IMO.

[QUOTE]I agree with B and Nuggs about E-readers/books. I just got my Nook and think it's absolutely fabulous, but it doesn't mean I'm not going to buy books anymore. I have my series that I like to complete and those will always be real books as long as they keep publishing. I like to smell them and hold them and see all their pretty covers lined up on my shelves.   I've also found that it's a lot more comfortable to read my Nook, especially in bed. I mainly got it for vacations because I got sick of lugging around 20 books every time, but now I love it. It's also nice to be able to download a bunch of classics or older books for free.

    This!
I love reading. Ben just got me a Kindle for Christmas. I go thru books like there's no tomorrow; usually, 1 or 2 books on our camping trips. I will still buy copies of "real" books. I have sets that I want complete on my bookshelf. Defiantly don't think I would want to bring my kindle to the beach. With all of the free books that I can download, I think I will be more likely to try a book that I wouldn't normally go for.
  • I think about what I'm saying faster than I type too.  I usually have to spell it out in my head to slow it down so I don't skip shiiit.  :-)
  • I hate non-knot grievances because I worked today and just read through 10 pages of non-knot related stuff with only a few actual grievances
