    To be fair, strlzfan11 and mkrupar made uneducated comments about m/c too, but they didn't go nearly as far as you did.

    I missed this, and shold a have addressed it. I'm sure my comment on miscarriage came across uneducated, but that's because I've just always heard it's more likely within the first 12 weeks. I did concur with XY in the end that I don't think people should hold in their excitement about being pregnant. I just find a ticker for 3 or 4 weeks a little weird IMO.

    Squirrly in your posts you made a very clear argument for why people would post things here before telling people IRL. I get it. Thanks for presenting that side of things.

    I justgot back from dinner (thanks for keeping this thread alive) and I made H a grilled cheese sandiwch and tomato soup.  I had chicken noodle soup and toast.

  • I just poured 2 bottles of wine down the sink... and am opening a 3rd.  I'm getting really mad.
  • I'm in the process of putting in H and I's annual photo order.... we have a photo album with every.single.picture. we have ever taken. We print them all once a year and that's our New Year's weekend.

    I'm pretty sure the people at Walgreens hate us right now. Or, I should say, will hate us in about an hour. Hehe.

    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    It should be.  But I have to be at work early tomorrow.  Although it's a pretty easy trip and I'm only working 5 hours...
