That is a really good point. Let's let it marinate for a few days and then we'll spread the word. I know a lot of people are doing their shopping already so the sooner the better.

I think it sounds like fun!

Side note-My boss is planning a gift thing that I think he called White Elephant, or something to do with an elephant, where people have the option of "stealing" someone else's gift. I hate this idea. I think it goes against the spirit of Christmas and gift-giving and sounds very selfish. Or maybe I'm just a party pooper.

The problem was that the people that didn't receive their gifts didn't actually say anything to me, because they didn't want to cause trouble. I found out about it in a FFF. One case, it was a matter of the information not being properly input; the other, I don't remember.

We do this with friends but it hilarious. Some of the gifts are awesome but some are 12 inch dildos (which a guy got stuck with a few years ago) a car battery pussypocket) which another guy got stuck with, and a gay porn mag which my H got stuck with 5 years ago but left at the host's house on the back of his toilet.

I DO, however, feel comfortable not admitting people into the facebook group who I have no idea who they are. I will, of course, consult the fb group for opinions on said people because I clearly can not know every one. I just think that is a fair safety net.

Ha, now that would be funny. I could see it being fun among a group of friends, but the people at my office aren't the closest and there is a lot of closeted bitterness. So it could get ugly. Plus because of the way they treat me I don't want them taking a gift away from me.
