Hi Smash.

H and I are watching the All-Star game, hoping that JV pitches well. He's so good but he makes me nervous sometimes. I'm getting pretty into baseball this year..I'll just watch random games if they're on.

He just gave up a home run

I have been more into baseball, but I'm still not quite there. I like it well enough but don't go out of my way to watch it. I do want to go to a game or two this year, especially because the Pirates don't suck for once.

I DONT WANT TO BE! He wont listen! He's a brat, his protective nature has reared it's head already. His hackels go up and he looks like a ridgeback. I had to have the neighbor kids come over and introduce him AGAIN, to get him to quit. 20 minutes later he forgot and was barking again.

Evening ladies. I'm on a rare break at rehearsal, hoping for the phone to ring with a confirmation for the pit orchestra. I wish I could watch the All.Star game. Go American League!

(At least that's been my excuse for my nightly bowl the last few weeks.)

I'm bumming around the internet, wasting enough time until it's socially acceptable for me to go to bed. A lot of my first trimester symptoms are coming back- headaches, completely exhausted, heartburn. bah.

I debating on whether or not to watch Steel Magnolias. I also have Emma with Kate Beckensale or Pride and Prejudice with the lucious Colin Firth. I wouldn't be able to finish P&P tonight, so there's that to consider.

This thread is full of true heroes. i have the worst heartburn with reflux crap in my throat. I've been eating Tums like candy and drinking milk like I'm not lactose intolerant

BUT now I'm getting ice cream thanks to y'all.

I'm watching Big Bang Theory reruns and working on illustrations tonight. Not sure if any of them will turn out like I want (since none of the others have) but they're looking pretty good thus far.

TUMS are worthless and do nothing for heartburn. But they certainly screw up my digestive system otherwise. (you're welcome for that info.)

I'm also annoyed with H right now. he NEVER turns off lights/tv/etc when he leaves a room. We literally got in a spat about it 10 minutes ago. He just went outside with the dogs and on the way outside, turned on 3 sets of lights. This has to be intentional, right?

Hi! I'm watching Pirates of the Caribbean and trying to ward off the mosquito that is flying around my house. I see it every so often but it disappears before I can kill it. I know it's here, though, because it has bitten me twice on the arm in the lat 15 minutes. I HATE mosquitos!

Weird: When I was in 7th grade I got poison ivy REALLY REALLY bad. Ever since then mosquitos more or less leave me alone. I think I might get bit sometimes but they don't develop and itch and stuff. Maybe I smell bad or something.

I was a music ed major. Tuba's my main instrument but I've performed on flute and trombone and euph a good amount. I taught 5th-7th grade band last year, currently doing the unemployed music teacher gig since they cut my position :P

I have a CW who does that. She didnt realize she was doing it till my boss pointed it out.

Steph- He's being a buthole. I have told my H 50 times I dont need a knife when we have salmon. I told him one last time not long ago, now when we have salmon I find all the knives on my plate.
