Hey Ladies!
So, the big day isn't until May, but my Fi and I have decided to work on weight loss and fitness, which I think is needed wedding or no wedding, but of course, the wedding is a big motivation. We have been doing a low carb diet, but with a twist that others do not include. The first three days we ate only meat, eggs, and cheese, then on the fourth day, we got to add 2 servings of veggies, and 2 servings of fruit. So far we have done well, tomorrow is "weigh day" so hopefully we'll like what the scale says! We are on the vitamin B12 as well as calcium pyruvate, a fat burner.
Does anyone have any tips, or suggested foods for low carb?
