I have 7 pounds to lose in 23 days! I am the laziest when it comes to working out and a friend of mine told me that if I overload on water and not eat after 7pm, I should be able to drop this weight.
Has anyone ever done the water drinking thing to lose weight? I am going to get some fozen fruit to add some type of flavor. I am down to the wire. I hope this works! I'm going to try to get in a bottle an hour while I am at work.
And the whole time, my future husband was in the room......
