I'm not very PC and I find this to be insensitive. I don't care enough to get pissy about it but ummmmm.... look in the mirror the next time you find someone else's comments offensive.

Sorry but posting this even as a joke is beyond reprehensible.
For the record, it is not okay to say that you do not like what has become of a message board but it IS okay to post pictures of a child with down's syndrome as part of a joke. Good to know.
