I have no idea about my timeline. We are having our ceremony at 7pm and it confuses the crud out of me.  
  Could ya'all post yours so that it gives me an idea?

    Mine wouldn't help you at all. My ceremony is at 3-4pm, reception 6p-12am. Sorry!

    I'd like to see what other responses are. I'm stumped by our timeline too. I always thought it would be the easiest thing to put together...

    I did see the other post.  We are not doing a first look since we are doing a small get together before with our guests with finger foods.  I have been thinking about doing something like this:

    3:00-5:00pm
    small get together

    5:00-6:00

    Get ready with my MOH and my mother

    6:00-6:15

    go over ceremony one last time with officiant 

    6:15-6:30

    Have a little something to eat before ceremony

    6:30-6:50

    Take a few minutes to collect myself before ceremony

    6:50-7:00

    Make the way down to the beach

    7:00-7:15

    ceremony

    7:15-7:30

    a few quick pictures while guest are making their way to the picnic area for the reception

    7:30-11:30

    reception
