FI and I are watching the NFL draft. Lions pick is coming up! We are drinking champagne because Brandon Inge is no longer a Tiger. Yes, champagne worthy.

I always feel a little bad for players who are released - until I read that he is still going to make 5 million bucks. Yeah, not feeling so bad anymore!

I'm drinking wine. I always need it Thursday nights after two hours of teaching music in an after-school K-4 program.

Ahoy.

I'm watching Big Bang Theory reruns, doing calculus homework, pinning things on Pinterest, soaking my poor rummage sale sore feet in epsom salt water, trying to decide on which recipe to use for my niece's birthday cake that I'm baking tomorrow, waiting for my prof to send me the pics from our art show, and praying that the plastic sheeting I put over my garden holds with the weather coming.

So basically, i'm ridiculously multitasking.

I'm here, kinda. About to head to bed soon. H took me out to pizza and beer instead of forcing me to go to the gym this afternoon, which is just what I needed (no sarcasm). I'm so sore from lifting weights M-T-W this week that a rest day was very welcome. We're also watching the NFL draft (just finished watching Star Wars - A New Hope, though, since we're amping up for our May The Fourth Be With You party next Friday).

We are drinking wine and watching the draft as well. Also a Colts fan, the #1 pick was no surprise but I wanted to watch it anyway. H is a Dolphins fan and wants to watch it until he falls asleep. I'm good for the 1st and maybe the 2nd round and then I lose interest. I'll sneak it over to a new channel soon

Anna - I've had success with Dorie Greenspan's Perfect Party Cake (it's clicky). I used it for Easter one year and there wasn't one crumb left on the plate.

I know. Christina and Owen are so exhausting and Meredith and Derrick are boring now. I think they should have planned on ending it this season. I can't imagine what they'll do for another season. I won't stop watching though. I just can't.

I never got into Grey's. I'm currently taking all the bobby pins out of my hair from my hair trial. I'm wondering if I should, shower and go to bed, finish grading, or work on DIY projects. Decisions, decisions.

I always had to stop wedding planning stuff at least an hour before bed, otherwise I had wedding nightmares. Almost always that I forgot to send invitations and nobody came. Neurotic, I know.

Hi y'all. I'm beached on the couch. We went to an event tonight that featured 10 different chefs with beef dishes and desserts and even more wine and tequila makers. They roasted a whole cow on a spit. It was well worth the admission money, but I think I'm going to be sick. I'm just watching swamp people until I pass out. Oh, and it was our first date night since Sparky.

And I still watch Grey's, but I don't get Kristina and Owen, like at all. I never saw the attraction...

Any--I love that bathroom and the big window in the front. And the fireplace/living space. Really cute!

I can't wait to start realistically house searching. FI and I look all the time but since we have no idea where we'll be living in the next 6 months it's more like dreaming.
