    Dude, first of all, Rack Daddy's is a pool hall and having a reception there and asking guests to pay for their own drinks is not okay (or, as you so eloquently put it, 'ghetto').

    Second of all, unless you are paying for this shindig, you get no say. Let your sister plan her wedding the way she wants it. There are TONS of cost effective venues in the DFW area that could fit her needs.
