I'm going to jump on the YIO flame. You don't need to explain yourself, that doesn't take a flame away. You got flamed for referring to your daughter as "your kid". Accept it and move on. We don't need to know your reasoning for it (no matter how ridiculous some people may find it.)

I think its just something estabished in my relationship - adam has full access into my computer from his and fiddles around when im not home, I check his emails during the day. He sometimes calls me to ask if he has emails. We just dont have boundaries, and were used to it, but I wouldnt just snoop around anyones email without it being discussed or whatever.

Oops, I didn't mean always thought that the guy i was with was a pedophile but it was always a precaution I took to avoid that situation. I never actually thought anyone I was dating was after her. The movie is kind of like a Jerry Springer if you think about it but without the fighting.

Meh, this is not FFF on E (not that anyone plays by the "rules" there either). She was flamed, she justified it. I don't see the problem. Why aren't you flaming Renee, then? Not only did she defend herself, but she called someone else dumb in doing so. I'd say that's way less classy than YIO.
