  All sounds good to me. I am not a fan of gorgonzola but that is just me. I think my salad has that too b/c I know other people like it. I love the pears in the salad... sounds delish. I'd maybe add some toasted hazelnuts!

  ehathewa, that's a good point, but there's actually no extra cost to add the third entree. Our reception is at a wine bar/restaurant, and they've been absolutely bending over backwards for us. It's so great.
  
  Tenofcups, I hadn't thought about that... I thought about listing them on the menus even though they'll be passed so that people know what they're eating (I know that when I get a reception, I dump my stuff at my chair first), but I see what you're saying.
  
  Those pears in the salad are ridiculously good. They marinate them in some pomegranate thing... My little brother asked if he could have a few extra during our tasting, ha. I'm sure he'd eat any unwanted ones

  I totally think you have your answer because all the ladies LOVE your menu!  With that said, I love all the entrees, I think they are a great choice.  Me, being a VERY picky eater, would only eat the cheese bites and the entree.  But like I said, that is just me, and I am VERY picky.  I think majority of your guests will love the food!
