Mandy, what's not to like about bee vomit?

I also don't watch soccer and I'm bothered by the people that I know don't watch it normally, but are losing their sh!t over the World Cup.

(dont know if its changed, the kids are now 6 and 4) After 6 miscarriages and 2 years of trying and testing, they couldnt emotionally handle watching their backs for 2 years. I get that. I loves those little ones more than anything.

My husband is one of the worst drivers I know. And he knows it, he admits it. But, yeah generally I find women to be awful drivers.

that's probably true (she admits begrudgingly). certainly in the case of mombies driving suv's while talking on the phone. but i'm an exception to that rule. i'm sure we all think we are, but i really am.

I'm with you. And I don't think people should sit on death row for 50 years either. people always bitch about how much it costs to keep prisoners alike on death row, so....seriously, how much does a bullet cost? Stop housing them until they're too old to care anymore.

The only thing that makes me hesitate is the slim chance of the wrong people getting convicted.

I can't stand when parents pierce their baby girls ears, I think it's incredibly stupid, if you are going to permanently alter someone's body (yes the hole will always show) don't you think they should be old enough to at least ask?

I hate when parents buy their infants expensive shoes like nike and uggs, the kid can't even walk on them yet and you've just spent a lot of money on something that may or may not stay on their feet for more than five minutes and will be too small in a few weeks.

I also hate baby bows!

Lastly, I think Obama is a horrible president.

I, for one, am a TERRIBLE driver. I don't know if it's because I have a lazy eye so I have horrible depth perception, but I've totaled a car and gotten into tons of fender-benders and I should be dead now. I've been lucky that other drivers are better than me and haven't hit me when they could have.

Disagree. I know I'm a good cook; I spent thousands and thousands of dollars learning to be a good cook and if somebody can get a great recipe or tip from me through facebook, what's not to like about that?

FWIW, I agree with you. I agree w/you and Pirata on disagreeing with their family choices, but her "unpopular opinion" was about people having children they can't <strong>afford</strong>, and that's not the case with the Duggars, so it was a bad example.

I may have mentioned this before, but I disagree with IVF. I'd 100% rather adopt (domestically or internationally) that do that. I'm sorry if that seems insensitive to anyone.

Well, my husband is asian and I'm definitely the better driver between us (I'm white). He's caused 2 or 3 wrecks (one in my car), gotten 3 or so speeding tickets, and 1 citation.

Not everyone is cut out to be a bird owner (not directing this at you, Leah, I already had this on my mind today) I saw on a local city board today that someone was giving away a parrot that they had only owned for a few months because their son didn't like it yelling all the time.

I wish people would do more research and realize these aren't animals you can keep locked up in a cage all day if they scream or make a mess. They are highly intelligent, social animals that NEED to be a part of the family. They will mentally and physically suffer if they are not cared for properly. And most of them will be in your household far longer than your own child will.

I only know 2 people who have adopted internationally, both from China, but both got there children within 6 months and flew to China themselves to get the child. I have no idea how much it cost them though.

I also think IVF is crap. Go adopt one of the nine million babies already on the earth. If your body isn't letting you naturally have children, maybe you should take the hint that your genes shouldn't be passed on. Whatever happened to survival of the fittest?

hehe - I've got one that I know is going to be SUPER unpopular around here:

I see absolutely NO difference between providing a wedding registry and saying "if you would like to give us a gift, please give cash". Actually, in a way, i think it is MORE rude to say "buy me this $50 toaster" than to say "please give me whatever you see fit." (which is what you're doing when asking for cash).

yup - I said it. My dirty secret is out :-p

I also hate little dogs. Except dachshunds. If you need to carry a dog or push it in a cart, there's no point in having a dog. Have a baby instead.

I also admit I'm not the world's best driver. But I'm at least 80% better at driving than my mother.
