An officer had come to give her a ticket. She ripped it up, threw it on the ground and started swearing at him. He then tried to give her a ticket for littering. She got beligerent and he said she was under arrest. She says "You aint arresting shiiit". She then got in her car to drive off with her fiance and two young children. The cop warned her that if she put the car in drive, he'd have to taser her. She put it in drive anyway, so he tasered her. He claims he couldn't tell that she was pregnant.
The police dept is obvoiusly investigating the whole thing, but a lot of people are divided on who is in the wrong, based on other stories I've read. Some say there is zero excuse for tasing a pregnant woman. Others say she was clearly warned what would happen, so the responsibility falls on her because she chose to disobey him.
WDYT?
