  My fiance and I are an interfaith couple (I am Jewish, he is nonreligious).  I would like to have a Rabbi officiate our wedding, and he is perfectly OK with that desire, I just have to find one who will officiate.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  

  
  

  Another possible issue is that I am tattooed, but also willing to cover them for the ceremony.
