So I booked the 24 passenger bus with Bell trans and didn't have the best experience. I had already been emailing them about questions I had about making reservations, the lady I was emailing seemed nice and helpful but once I called to book the agent seemed rude and I felt pressured not to book with them and when I told him I wanted to book now because I've called other vendors and they have already been all booked up for my date he questioned about what vendors have I called that were already booked! He just made the entire time on the phone uncomfortable and didn't seem to have the best communication skills. I hope the service we get the day of the wedding is much better!
