Hello lovely Pittsburgh brides. I'm a DIY bride who won't be able to set up anything in her venue the day before the wedding. Obviously, this has me stressed out! I worked hard on all of my projects, and I want them displayed or set up just as I envision them. My venue will work with me to an extent, but they aren't going to set up by cookie bar, so I'd have to set it up in the morning of my wedding (SO not happening!). This is just one example--there are a few other things I'd like to have done but my venue could not do for me. I also want my day to run smoothly---someone to be on top of time and fix any problems that arise.
To put it shortly, does anyone have any recommendations for day-of wedding coordinators? We're getting married in Greensburg/Mt.Pleasant area. I contacted one lead, but she never showed up at the meeting we scheduled... and never called me back.
