    Hi everyone!!  I'm Amanda and my fiancé is Kenneth, and we've been together 12 years while engaged for almost 7.  Crazy, I know :-)  Everything just kept getting put off as we got educations, careers, and life settled, and I think we are finally ready.  So far the date is 4/12/14.  I've had ton of time to get ideas together and think I've nailed it down to a country chic theme with rustic elegant touches.  I've had the dress for two years, and am absolutely in love with it.  I also think I've found the perfect in budget venue, now just to get the man on board.  I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you and see how everyone's weddings evolve!

    Hi everyone! My name is Wendy and my future husband is Eric. We have been together 2 and a half years and engaged for 5 months. We got engaged on my birthday. Our wedding date is 4/12/14. I feel so behind on this wedding planning thing! We have a venue, colors, food ideas and the deposit is down on the cake! I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you! :)

    Hi Ladies!

    My name is Alex, and my fiancé's name is Jeremy! We got engaged on March 16, 2013, and we're getting married on April 25, 2014! <3 We already have our venue, and I said "yes" to my dress about a couple of weeks ago! Our wedding will be rustic themed, and our colors are Cocoa, Latte, and Champagne. :) I am very excited to marry my best friend!

    Hi everyone! My name is Brianna and my fiance's name is Joe. We've been dating for 5 years and got engaged on March 20, 2013 in Disney World. We're getting married April 5, 2014. We've booked the venue and I've got a lot of other planning done so far. We moved the date forward October to April so I had to speed up the process! Our colors are navy, slate, and green with a woodsy theme. So excited for the big day!

    Hi ladies, My name is Aimee and my fiancé Lou and I are getting married on April 25, 2014!! We are so excited. We booked our venue today and I can't wait to start putting together ideas for the details and decorations! I am a bit worried about that time of the year for a wedding, so I look forward to hearing about and sharing lots of ideas! Congrats brides to be! :)

    Hi everyone! My name is Erica and my fiancé is Matt. We got engaged June 28 when he showed up at a swim meet I was coaching and proposed in front of all my swimmers :-) I'm 29 and he is 30. We are planning an evening wedding on April 5, 2014. We are getting married just outside of Atlanta in a late 1800's white southern home. Our colors are horizon blue and rust/burnt orange. Looking forward to chatting with everyone!!

      Hi everyone. My name is Kristen and I am 23. My FI's name is John and he is 24. We are getting married 4/26/2014 outside of Washington DC. We have our venue booked and I have purchased my dress. Our colors are lavender and charcoal gray.

    Hi Everyone, My name is Carrie and and my fiancé is Mike. We have been together for 8 years engaged for 1 year. We have everything done really, just the small details to go and paying everything off. We are getting married April 25th, 2014, in Plymouth, Michigan. Our colors are purple and green. Looking forward to this next year!! Yay!

    Hello all!  I'm Christy and my fiancé is Lance.  We had our first date March 8, 2008.  He proposed at my birthday party July 20, 2013 with our friends and family watching.  We are getting married April 19, 2014 in Las Vegas!  We have our venue, reception, flowers, HMU, caterer, cake, and last weekend I purchased my dress!!  Now I have to wait 5 months for it to arrive.  I feel like we are making progress but every day I think of something else to add to the list.

    My name is Karli, and my FI is Shawn. He's 26, and I'll be 25 in December. We have been together for 6 years at the end of October, and we've lived together for almost all of our relationship. I dated his best friend in high school (even though I always had a thing for my FI) so that's how we know each other. 

    We got engaged on May 12, 2012- Mother's Day! When we chose a date we wanted to pick something that would have some sort of meaning to us, so we chose 4/26/14. It will be a month after the anniversary of his father's death and we thought since he won't be there it will be somewhat of a way to remember him. Also my future brother in law and his wife got married on May 24, so we thought it would be cute to be almost a month before them. 

    We've come a long way since getting engaged and planning, but some days I still feel like I'm so behind!! I thought it would be nice to have such a long engagement and have plenty of time to plan out every little detail but didn't realize the problem would be all the little details!! There's so many options, and it's so hard to make certain decisions that I often find myself stressing over things that shouldn't even matter that much! I just keep reminding myself of the bigger picture....being with the love of my life and starting our new lives as a married couple :)

    Great idea! My name is Meghan, I am 26 and I am from MA as well! I am South of Boston. My fiance and I have been together for 4 years. We have an almost-two year old son, who was born at only 26 weeks. He is doing great now! Our wedding date is 4/4/14 @ 4pm. The time was  not on purpose, but it works!  I am having a blast planning but am stressing a bit about a few things.
