1. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? What did you actually become? I wanted to be a doctor and I started this recruiting job after I graduated in May 2012. It is really different but I’ve enjoyed it so far. I may go into another field of recruiting if I get this other job I’m interviewing for next week.

I look exactly like my mother but I have pretty similar qualities from both parents...I'm very organized and Type A like my Dad but I'm also very girly and outgoing like my mother.

No I believe that every year of my life has a significant purpose to lead to right now so I wouldn't want to change anything.

Yes I'm very close to my family. I used to fight a lot with my younger sister when we were both living at home but not so much anymore.

Single cosmetic product you could not live without?

I usually don't wear makeup during the week but if I had to choose then it would be mascara.

I have no idea...I really like @swazzle 's ring but I'm madly in love with my own as well lol so I wouldn't want to steal hers.

Favorite place you've ever traveled?

I love visiting California...there are so many things to do and see and the atmosphere is just so relaxing.

What kind of mac and cheese is your favorite?

I like the mac and cheese where you use different types of cheese with it instead of just cheddar or one type.

If you remember, what was the name of your first crush?

Ha! I think his name was Zachary and I was in kindergarten and my mom used to let me go over to his house and play but for the life of me I can't remember what we actually played with.

How do you normally cut and style your hair? If you could change the cut/style as drastically as you wanted for just one day, what would you do?

I usually just get my layers trimmed every few months and it's pin straight so it drys straight. I have a side part too but if I could drastically change it I would wish that it wouldn't be so darn straight and maybe a little thicker.

What is your least favorite season, and why? If you live somewhere without the four seasons, what's your least favorite weather and why? I would say Winter because everything is dead and I hate being cold. Even though our winters aren't that bad, I just prefer to be warm.

How old were you when you met your S/O? How old was he/she? I was 22 and he was 24.

What movies make/have made you cry? If there are none, what's wrong with you?
OMG Marley and ME.....I cried like a baby! The worst part about it was that I was in the theater and I just balled.

If you could meet and spend the day with anyone in the world, who would it be? Why?

I would say either my mom's father who I never got to meet. Mom always said that he would have been the best grandfather and I wish I knew more about him.

What position do you prefer to sleep in (side sleeper, stomach sleeper, back sleeper, you get the idea)?

All sides...I don't have a preference. Maybe my stomach or side most of the time.

2) What was your most recent embarrassing moment?

Hmmm...Falling over the seats at the Braves game a couple months ago into a random man's lap...I looked really cute...at least it wasn't a baby I was falling on.

3) If you could wear only one color for the rest of your life, which color would you choose? I would say either blue or red.

16. Are you close with your parents and/or siblings? I'm super close to my mom, we speak almost daily. I've talked to my dad 1 time since my wedding and that was when he called me for my birthday (it was a miracle he even remembered). I am not close with any of my half or step siblings.

I generally just get long layers so that it lays properly and I have blonde highlights. I'd like wavy hair, please.

23. What is your least favorite season, and why? If you live somewhere without the four seasons, what's your least favorite weather and why? I absolutely despise winter. I hate being cold.

25. What was your most recent embarrassing moment? I got my nose pierced on Monday afternoon and was fine right after. About 5 minutes later, I stood up to leave and immediately had to sit down because I started to black out. I had to sit there for almost an hour, drenched in sweat and dry-heaving and trying not to pass out, while everyone that worked at the tattoo place stared at me.

26. If you could wear only one color for the rest of your life, which color would you choose? Black since that's my wardrobe now anyway.

27. How old were you when you met your S/O? We were both 21.

Ahaha. My ex-best guy friend and I "broke up" friend-wise because he and I had been hooking up, and he decided he wanted to date one of our mutual friends (think Arrested Development--"Her?"). We tried to rekindle our friendship after a while, but it fizzled out. After my engagement, I wanted to get in touch with him and try again, so I opened an IM window--but wasn't sure what to type. In the meantime, I was venue-hunting with my fiance, so I started IMing him comments about some of the venues ... but I'd been typing/sending them in the wrong IM window. Awkward.

If you could wear only one color for the rest of your life, which color would you choose?

I feel like in the spirit of the question, I should answer navy, but like so many of you, I'd also pick black.

I was recently turned 25, and he was 27 but almost 28.

EVERYTHING. Movies, commercials, TV shows, thinking about things that are sad OR happy. I have a problem.

Once I let her in my life, she calls me night and day and then suddenly stops and doesn't answer my calls for months. I'm six years older than my brothers, so we aren't exactly close either. I'm probably as close to my immediate family as I am to my extended family.

Man, I am so late to this...again.

1. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? What did you actually become? I was always told by my grandmother to be a lawyer or a doctor. I wanted to be a professor. I ended up being a lawyer. In retrospect, I should have been a doctor because I love taking care of people and hate being hated.

2. If you could go anywhere in the world and cost was no option, where would you go? Bali for me and H!

3. What's the one food item that can always make you feel better? Does wine count?

4. How does your SO react when you have PMS/mood swings/general crankiness? He pours me a glass of wine...I'm noticing a disturbing theme.

5. Throw out some baby names you like for kicks and giggles. I loved Hayden for girl before it became popular. I have a really unique name and want one for our kids (but not in a, look, I mispelled this popular name and now its "new" way). I haven't fallen in love with any name since then though.

6. What's your favorite animal? Why? Our dog. He is independent and stubborn and cranky....not sure why I love him actually. Great Pyrs are not for the faint of heart but he's great.

7. What's the significance of your username? Minskat means "My treasure" or "My sweetheart" in Danish (my nickname from my grandmother). I was 30 when I joined this site.

8. How are you like your parents? How are you not? I am very much like my mom. We look similar and she is one of my best friends. She didn't really raise me (my grandmother mostly did) so I think that let us be friends easier.

9. Who has been the biggest influence on your life? My grandmother. Went through the Great Depression, hid her Jewish friends while Nazis occupied Denmark, raised two boys on her own, road across Europe by herself on a motorcycle, etc. She was amazing.

15. Did you ever wish you could delete a year of your life? What would it be?No, even the painful ones I would keep

16. Are you close with your parents and/or siblings? Yes, I worked hard at building a relationship with them since they didn't raise me. I took care of my Dad for a year with my sister while he passed from cancer. My mom and I are very close too.

17. What kind of mac and cheese is your favorite? Any...but I haven't found a good gluten-free version.

18. Single cosmetic product you could not live without? Foundation

19. NEYer whose engagement ring you MOST want to steal? Not sure...I haven't focused much on rings.

20. Favorite place you've ever traveled? Egypt was great, as was India.

21. If you remember, what was the name of your first crush? I was proposed to for the first time in Kindergarten by Tim (he actually gave me his mother's engagement ring...thank God I didn't lose it) but my first crush was Dan.

22. How do you normally cut and style your hair? If you could change the cut/style as drastically as you wanted for just one day, what would you do? Pony tail...I need to do something with my hair. I love to dye it...I've been blond, brown, red and every color in between other than black.

23. What is your least favorite season, and why? If you live somewhere without the four seasons, what's your least favorite weather and why? I love fall.

24. What position do you prefer to sleep in (side sleeper, stomach sleeper, back sleeper, you get the idea)? side sleeper (right side)

25. What was your most recent embarrassing moment? I've been pretty lucky...mostly just forgetting someones name I should know

26. If you could wear only one color for the rest of your life, which color would you choose? Blue.

27. How old were you when you met your S/O? I was 29, he was 34.

Hi, Im new-ish!1. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? What did you actually become?I wanted to become an artist or a Veterinarian. Im a Veterinary Technician who also does art and is working towards possibly going to Vet school.2. If you could go anywhere in the world and cost was no option, where would you go?Greece3. SAME. We're actually hoping we get a similar winter this year, or at least a very late start. We're picking our venue, and we want to be able to take lots of outdoor photos in mid-November.
