Mine's not final, just trying to work it all out - we're trying to decide if it's worth the extra $$ to add 1/2 hour on to our wedding. $200 for the venue, TBD for the DJ.

3:30– Ceremony begins!3:30– Ceremony begins!4:00-4:15– Ceremony Ends! – Immediate family and Bridal Party pictures post ceremony at Venue begins.4:30-5:30– Cocktail Hour begins Caterer passes Hors D’oeuvres and bar opens, DJ plays music.5:20 – Get the Bridal Party and parents lined up by front door and ready for their formal introductions to start the dinner and reception.5:25– Coordinator gets the guests seated for formal introductions by Mc5:30- Formal Introductions;545– Couple’s will go directly to their assigned table(s) once introduced.) We're on a tight schedule but it's not 100% set. We have about. 30-45 minutes of wiggle room.
After that we will come home, change, go help our wonderful volunteers finish breaking down and cleaning up. We'll get dinner with a few close friends and family members and then most of us will head back to our house for some adult beverage, games of pool, music and a bonfire. Then bedtime, aaahhh!
