1:30 arrive at venue
1:30-2:30 hang out/help set up final stuff
1:45-2:30 FI's family pictures with photog
2:30 getting dressed pictures
3:00 ceremony
3:30 cocktail hour/rest of pictures
5:00 dinner served
5:50ish toasts
6:00 band starts/first dance
6:45 band break for 10 minutes/cut cake/dessert
8:00 reception over

9:00am – Have a nice breakfast
11:00 am – get hair done
12:00 pm - get make-up done (Photographer arrives for photos of the Bride?)
2:00pm . - Start getting dressed
2:30pm . - Bride is dressed
3:30 – Ceremony begins! 3:30 – Ceremony begins! 4:00-4:15– Ceremony Ends! – Immediate family and Bridal Party pictures post ceremony at Venue begins. 4:30-5:30 – Cocktail Hour begins Caterer passes Hors D’oeuvres and bar opens, DJ plays music. 5:20 – Get the Bridal Party and parents lined up by front door and ready for their formal introductions to start the dinner and reception. 5:25 – Coordinator gets the guests seated for formal introductions by Mc 5:30 - Formal Introductions; 545 – Couple’s will go directly to their assigned table(s) once introduced.) Except for the Bride and Groom. 5:45 – Bride and Groom first dance 5:50 – Father/Daughter dance: 5:55 – Mother/Son dance: 6:00 – Formal Champagne Toast by Best Man and Maid of Honor 6:10 - Formal toasts conclude. During the second part of dinner others can give a toast to the Bride and Groom if they desire. 6:15 – Bride, Groom, and parents and Bridal Party then the guests go up to the Buffet. 6:55 - DJ to announce open microphone for other speeches during this time. 7:15 – Dinner ends 7:20 – Dancing Kicked off 7:55 – Cutting of the cake 8:00– Caterer cuts and serves the wedding cake 8:01- Anniversary Dance- 8:05 – Bouquet Toss song 8:10 – Taking garter off song 8:15 – Party and dancing continues 8:45 – Last call for Alcohol at the bar/soft drinks only 8:55 – Last song of the evening 9:00 – Reception concludes,8-10: Set up
10-1: Get ready
1-2: A quick lunch then get to the ceremony
2-2:30: Ceremony
2:30-3: Pictures. Short and sweet because I hate pictures and want to get to my guests
3-3:30: Announce wedding party, greet guests and maybe eat something
3:30-3:45: Special dances
3:45-4:00: Cake cutting, toasts, bouquet and garter toss
4-5:30: Relax, boogey down and have fun
5:30: Drive off into the sunset...well sun since it won't be setting yet, haha!
We're on a tight schedule but it's not 100% set. We have about. 30-45 minutes of wiggle room.
After that we will come home, change, go help our wonderful volunteers finish breaking down and cleaning up. We'll get dinner with a few close friends and family members and then most of us will head back to our house for some adult beverage, games of pool, music and a bonfire. Then bedtime, aaahhh!
