We had been together about 3 years. But we're in our late 20s. If we had been younger, we would have waited linger to get engaged/married. Just a personal choice that we had talked about. Every relationship is different.
Officially together just under 2 years, unofficially together 3 1/2 years. We have literally known each other our whole lives. We still have 1 year and 14 until our wedding.
You never lose by loving. You always lose by holding back.

Just under a year by 11 days. I told him he couldn't propose to me until after our 1 year because we were talking about it for a while. He jumped the gun and proposed NYE.

I'm gonna go with 'not my circus, not my monkeys.'
We were together for 10 months. We moved in together at 2 months. We are getting married in March 2014. We have both been in long term relationships in the past but we both know that this relationship is much more solid than the other ones and we are ready!
Re: Just Curious...
