    We'd been officially together about 2 years and 2 months.  We'd been "hanging out" for about 3 1/2 months before making it official.  We are having an 18 month engagement.

    We skipped the boyfriend/girlfriend phase, so up until the day he proposed I was still accepting dates with other men!  He proposed a year after our first date.

    He proposed two weeks before our 4 year anniversary. We'll be getting married two weeks after our 8 year anniversary.

    We knew each other 16 years. Dated 1997-2000. Just friends 2000-2003. Lost touch 2003-April 2012. Back together April 2012. Propsed 15 months later, July 4, 2013. Married last week.

    We've been together since we were both high schoolers, in 2003.  We've been engaged for just over a year and will be getting married in May 2015.  I don't even want to add up how long that will be by the time we get married!  But it's been over ten years so far!

    13 and a half years when he proposed. Engaged for 1 year and married at the 14 and half years mark. We've been married almost 2 and half years and are about to celebrate our 17 anniversary!!!!
