Poke, chin up about shoes! My mom and I literally, really literally, looked at every shoe in the entire Mall of America before I found mine, and it was totally worth it. They'll find you!

On right back at ya!  No need to keep going though.  Just wanted to keep certain things off of the boards.
  • She's a real prize, that's for sure, and that makes me care even less to know who she actually is.

The whole thing is pissing me off for some reason :PPosted by polichikAnd then she came into the irritations/I judge thread to mock people. Posted by angelstar975[/QUOTE]I'm sorry, but that's kind of pathetic. If you have something negative to say, say it under your SN. Or if you're really that bored, go volunteer or something.
  • Poli, I found my wedding shoes at the Mall of America (I hear the locals call it "Big Dale")!!  Actually I didn't find them in the correct size.  I ended up calling a Macy's in Connecticut to get my actual shoes.
  • As far as the JessAndH AE, I am with Poli. Annoying, but I am totally hooked. I hate when random stuff happens and we never get closure. This AE was totally trying to start a boardwar, too. Clever? No. Trying to hard? Yes. Totally hooked me in? Absolutely.

    Also, it probably is kwills.

This is the evidence. She has shown that she can be BSC. She pretends like she was never BSC. She wants attention and is very "look at me" behaving. She also does know enough people to make comments directly to them.

    Kwilliams aka Sweet Tea.

Ok, I'm done with my conspiracy theories now.

Haha I feel the exact same way.

  • Very cool, MP! The MoA is somewhat terrifying, but if you have serious business like wedding shoes or a prom dress, it's the way to go. Nicki, I think you nailed it! I'm annoyed because it's absurd and obnoxious, but I can't look away.
  • It is a dream of mine to take a vacation to spend a few days in the Mall of America. I want to walk around and shop and people watch and I love malls.

  • It's gonna have to take a lot more than some ridiculous AE to start a real boardwar.
  • How did the last boardwar start? I'm always seeing references to one but I haven't figured it out.

</div><div>It's okay, I'll buy some tomorrow. At the very least, there is a Davids Bridal where I'm going so I can get some there. I just think those will be over priced compared to what I could get.

  • MOA is like my 'home mall' so the prospect of it being a vacation is funny. But I see tourists there all the time so I guess I get it, hah. I know my way around that place like the back of my hand.

  • If that's what she was trying to do, it was a pretty lame attempt. All she did was go over to SB and ask if they're any nicer than E, to which they said no, haha.

People are like that with King of Prussia mall here. I think if both parts of the mall were put together, it would be the second largest mall in the country or something.

  • I was only a casual lurker during the the onset of the boardwar so I can't really elaborate, but I'm sure someone else who's been around a while could answer that for sure.
  • Yeah - I don't really understand board wars. Don't a lot of hte same people post on multiple boards?

My friend who lives there now said that all of the other malls around the TC are called "something dale", so she calls MoA "Big Dale".

A friend and I spent 12 hours in the MoA one day.  We walked around, rode the roller coaster, played in the General Mills and Lego areas, ate dinner, and saw a movie.

Our 12 hour MoA was a random weekend that we drove from Chicago to Bloomington.  It was a fun time!

Yeah, it was Snoopy (it was 2003).  No more Charlie Brown?  BOOO!!!
  • I won't ask again, haha.

It did make me think of the start of the  PS board. I miss all the PS drama. It was entertaining.

</div><div>That must have been one of its last years as Camp Snoopy. It became "The Park at MOA" for a while and then Nickelodeon came in. It will always be Camp Snoopy to me though. </div>
