Wondering if anyone has any information or experiences to share on this? I don't see much about in suite receptions at Caesars, however would like to keep my ceremony & reception venue in the same hotel. The Penthouse at Nobu Hotel looks fab!!
I think we hear a lot less about those simply because Caesars does not have a large number of very large rooms like Mandalay does with their huge (relatively speaking) number of Vista suites. You have to dig around a bit just to find them on their website and I suspect they are handed out to high rollers fairly often so they may not always be available. I'd love to hear about some in-suites being done there though since I haven't seen anyone on here do one yet to get pricing and pics from. Keep in mind the general in-suite issues to worry about, such as whether or not the room requires key access in the elevator which can make it a real chore to get your guests to the suite. I haven't heard of anyone having an in-suite at caesars in the 3+ years I've been on here.
Of course price may play a role too; that Nobu Penthouse is $3000+ on week nights and $5000+ on weekends. :-) For that money, you may want to consider the Stardust Suite at Orleans considering it's larger and includes catering along with sanctioned party use, starting around $4000/night.
Thanks for the reply! I was just worried that Caesars didn't allow "parties" however, it seems like all of the websites I have read so far (including Caesars) recommend these suites especially for large parties. We would like to keep everything in Caesars or the Forum shops for the convenience of our guests.
I'm not looking to have a big in-sute reception per se. Just somewhere with a few apps & drinks to entertain our guests in. No dance floor, DJ, or furniture rentals. That all just sounds like too much for me.
Many of the brides on this board have hosted receptions at Trevi (Italian) and Joe's (Seafood/Steak). Both have received very good reviews, and they're in the Forum Shops.
I can speak from experience about Trevi. We were going to have our reception there before we switched to an in-suite at MB. I worked with Michelle, I believe, and she was a wizard at coordinating packages to fit our needs.
Some of the seating is out in the mall, separated by a rope, but they can also put you upstairs or in the main dining area, depending on how many guests you have.
