@spedteach4life same here!! our wedding is the Saturday that spring break starts (so after the last day of school Friday) so that I didn't have to use up ALL my sick/personal days for the honeymoon.
Ours is March 28th too! My great grandparents, my grandparents, my parents and my FI's parents all got married on the 28th of a month. We want to keep the tradition going! Plus it'll be eaiser for him to remember!
I'm March 14!! We picked it because he proposed the 14 and our anniversary is the 14. You could say 14 is our lucky Number Cheers to March 2015 Weddings!!!
March 7th! No significance. Had to work the date around me taking the RD exam and my fiance's law school/bar exam schedule. This date was open for the venues we wanted!
No particular reason we picked it besides it's a Friday (discount! lol) but it's the first day of Spring and there will be a solar eclipse! Pretty cool, yet unimportant things!
Hi ladies! Ours is March 21st 2015 I'm a teacher as well but we'll be waiting until the summer for our honeymoon, so we can streeeetch it out a bit! I'm a math teacher so I'm a little bit disappointed I didn't think of Pi Day!
I had completely forgotten about Pi Day until I did my usual Google search to make sure it wasn't going to coincide with anything that would hinder wedding plans. As soon as I saw it, though, we were like, "That's our date. Period."
Pi/Einstein's Birthday Bride right here! Venue and Photog are BOOKED! I don't want to mess around with possibly not getting what I want. Both of us are Ocean Engineers and 3.1415 is epically Pi day conveniently on a Saturday.
Re: Looks like
We don't have a venue nailed down, but we know we're serving pie instead of cake.
My fiance is a mathematician and I'm a chemist so we decided to get married on Pi Day and a nerd/science themed wedding.
My fiance and I are huge geeks and 3.1415 is way too hard to pass by.
