    Sorry you are dealing with this. It can't be easy. I was raised Catholic and my sister converted to Judaism and had a Jewish wedding (to a perfectly WONDERFUL man). My mother had the hardest time dealing with it and literally could not be reasoned with. At all.

    Nobody else cared but her and she made my sister's life a living hell because of it. Sadly, she lost focus of the fact that her daughter was marrying a terrific man who thinks the world of my sister and our whole family. Their relationship was strained at best for a long time because of it. I think my mom slowly came around (years down the road) but I will never forget how she acted.
