  I'm also doing the first name - middle name - maiden name as middle name - FIs last name.
  
  I have to write my legal name the way it appears on my license MANY MANY times a day - I don't want to hyphenate because that will make it way too long. I can write C. FIslastname RN, BSN legally in a rush, but when I'm not at work I can sign C. maiden name Fislastname. And I love it :-) I wish I could tell you guys what our last names are - they sound fantastic squished together.

  I love what you ladies are doing. I'd do the same but haven't figured out how. Here's my situation:
  
  I have First Name + Middle Name + Mom's Maiden (2nd middle) + Last Name.
  
  If I take his name, which Middle Name do I get rid of?

  Hmm.. whichever middle name you don't feel as partial too? But if you're like me, then I'm partial to all of them.
  
  What about hyphenating the two original middle names?
