Oh, thank God, it's finally Friday. This has been the longest week EVER.
What's on tap for the weekend?
DH and I are hopefully going rollerblading at a local park tomorrow (hopefully in that it would be nice if it would stop raining in Central PA). Sunday we have Mass, I have religious ed, and then I have to go help a friend pack and move. She and her husband found a new apartment and are moving ASAP because their current apartment has a black mould problem and their landlord is all like, 'I can't deal with this because my wife has terminal cancer and you're heartless to make me think about my legal responsibilities to you right now.'
I need to do some prep work for my religious ed kids on Sunday -- we're doing the jelly bean prayer as part of our review and I need to buy and sort jelly beans.
My father, who has just an awesome sense of humour, sent me stickers and pencils that say 'cristo vive' and 'cristo me amo' and other Easter-type phrases, all in Spanish, with a note, 'This is for your religious ed kids. It'll drive [DRE] NUTS to see you handing out stuff in Spanish!'
He cracks me up.
What's the haps with all y'all?
I'm gonna go with 'not my circus, not my monkeys.'
